USB devices are powered by a standard 5V power supply and must not exceed 5.5V. If the voltage exceeds 5.5V, it will burn out the DC-DC isolation chip inside the box, causing the output section of the box to lose power. In severe cases, it may also damage the DMX chip. If the chip is burned out, the four PORT outputs will cease to function.
Please note that there are many counterfeit power adapters on the market that claim to support fast charging. Never connect these to our box. To cut costs, these counterfeit products lack a fast-charging protocol chip and simply output 9V when connected to a Type-C interface, creating the illusion of fast charging by increasing voltage. If such counterfeit products are connected to our box, they will inevitably burn out the output section of the box. Remember this!
Note: If the chip is burned due to such human factors, it will not be covered under warranty. If factory repair is required, the cost will start from at least 200 RMB! (The box is compact, and repairing it requires disassembling many components, making the process highly challenging.) Remember this!
The SL04 box can function properly as long as it is connected to a fast-charging power adapter produced by a reputable manufacturer, such as Huawei, Xiaomi, Apple, or a standard power adapter that only outputs 5V.
