The MA3 physical console only has 8 DMX outputs, How can it be upgraded to 64 universe out DMX at low cost, and connected to Depence/Wysiwyg/Caputer for pre-visualization?
Method:
1. A computer is required with MA3 onPC and 3D software such as Depence/Wysiwyg/Caputer installed, and it needs to be connected to our SL04 box to unlock MA3.
2. Connect the MA3 physical console to the computer’s MA3 onPC via MA3-Net. Select an IP address in the same network range for the session, and that’s it.
Explanation:
The SL04 can unlock 64 universe outputs for onPC, By connecting the physical console to onPC through MA3-Net, the physical console also gains 64 universe outputs.
Note:
The physical console must be routed through onPC to unlock 64 universe outputs, because the SL04 can only unlock onPC. The physical console cannot be unlocked by connecting directly to the SL04 box.
