The LAN port of the SL04 box is connected to the wireless router via an Ethernet cable, and the computer is connected to the router via Wi-Fi. With this connection method, the old version of the MA3 plugin would have no output.
Today (2025-08-17), the bug preventing MA3 from sending data to the router has been fixed.
This version also optimizes the bandwidth of the USB network card.
Please make sure to download this latest version of the plugin.
Note: When SL04 is connected to the router through the network cable, you need to change the IP inside the SL04 box to the IP of the same network segment of the router through http://2.0.0.44, for example, the IP of the router is 192.168.1.1, then the SL04 box needs to be changed to 192.168.1.xxx first, xxx cannot be 1.
For specific changes to the IP address of the SL04 box, you can see the 21-minute video tutorial in Q22 of the FAQ.
Quick operation steps:
1. Run MakeFakeKey.exe → DownLink → Download the new plugin (compatible with all MA3 versions).
2. After extraction, copy the two files to the MA3 directory (C:\Program Files\MALightingTechnology\gma3_2.3.0\bin) → Add them to the antivirus software whitelist.
3. Launch MA3 – No configuration is needed for MA3 to work! For Session IP, try to select 127.0.0.1 or another network card, and avoid selecting the IP address of the box’s network card.
