If the network card IP has been set to a fixed IP, and be able to ping through the box, but you can’t get into the box WebAPP, Basically, it can be determined that it’s a browser problem, please follow the steps below to clear the browser cache and Cookie, then you can enter the box normally.
Click on the 1 and 2 positions in the upper right corner of the browser to enter (as shown below):
Settings -> Privacy, Search & Services -> Delete Browsing Data -> Select what you want to clear -> Clear Now
